Often in my therapeutic work, I meet with individuals who are struggling to move forward in their life. They describe feeling stuck and unable to break their sabotage patterns.
My approach as a psychotherapist is rooted in helping individuals break free from patterns that may be holding them back. I focus on creating a collaborative space where we can work together to uncover the underlying issues that are keeping you stuck in an undesirable situation. Often, these can be unconscious thoughts, past experiences, or limiting beliefs that create a cycle of self-sabotage.
In my work with clients we explore:
Identifying Unconscious Blocks – Sometimes, we’re not fully aware of what’s holding us back. My role is to help you identify these hidden barriers and make them conscious so you can address them effectively.
Unpacking Self-Sabotage – Many times, we may unknowingly undermine our own progress. I help clients recognize when and how this happens, and together we develop strategies to break free from this cycle.
Building New Patterns – The goal is not just to understand the issue, but to create new, healthier ways of thinking and acting that align with your true goals.
Empowering You to Take Action – Therapy is most effective when it’s paired with practical steps that help you move forward. I will support you in taking small but meaningful actions to build momentum toward your desired outcomes.
I believe that with the right guidance, tools, and a safe space to reflect, you can overcome whatever is standing in your way. If you're ready to dive in and start working through these challenges, I’d love to schedule our first session.
